Anti Spam Policy

No spam sign

What is spam?
In electronic messaging, spam refers to unsolicited, bulk or indiscriminate messages, typically sent for a commercial purpose. You can find out more information about spam here.
Leon Rowan has a zero-tolerance spam policy.
Good business practice and basic human decency/spiritual principles mean we do not send people spam. A good understanding of psychology also shows sending spam is wrong.
Automated spam filtering
Leon Rowan’s messaging systems automatically scan all incoming email [and other] messages and filter out messages appearing to be spam.
Problems with spam filtering
No message filtering system is 100% accurate, and Leon Rowan’s systems occasionally filter out legitimate messages.
If you believe this has happened to a message you sent, please advise the recipient by another means.
You can reduce the risk of a message being caught by spam filters by sending it in plain text (i.e., no HTML), removing any attachments, and making sure that your messages are scanned properly for malware before sending.
Receipt of unwanted messages from Leon Rowan
In the unlikely event you receive any message from Leon Rowan or sent using Leon Rowan’s systems that appears to be spam, please contact Leon Rowan using the details here, and the matter will be investigated.
